…a collection of random pics that I took during my recent road trip this past holiday season…
PS – Are you a Serial Podcast fan? There may be one or two snaps you might recognize.
PPS – Happy New Year!! (more…)
On my last trip to LA I popped into Tobi Tobin’s Home Collection store on Sunset Blvd. I’ve been gifted some of her product in the past and am familiar with her feature in Lonny.com. But nothing, I mean nothing compares to immersing yourself in her beautifully crafted retail shop. It is a smorgasbord for the senses; (more…)
You may or may not have already seen these, but I had to (re)share because they are SO GOOD!
This past summer I was fortunate enough to squeeze in a couple of trips to places I’ve never been before — Charleston, South Carolina being one of them. And may I say, I HEART CHARLESTON! Although the trip was brief, I was able to explore a lot in a short amount of time thanks to the lovely host(s) Ellie McNevin and her husband Nick. Prior to going (more…)
A random mix of People Watching x Antique Shopping x Street Art in Québec City during the Les Grandes Feux Loto-Québec Festival this summer. (And a little dog stalking as well, of course… Oui Oui.)
I desperately wish I could show you the whole breadth of everything going on during this week(end). It really was a special family trip. If I could only clone myself to be in all the places and do all things I have on my plate as of late. Meaning, I have so much to share, just so little time to really finesse and get it all out there! But I do hope you enjoyed this.
Oh, I may have purchased a few antiques that I am IN LOVE with. Ok, maybe I’ll carve out time to do a post on those…hmmm. In the meantime, stay tuned for Oui Oui Québec | WEDDING!

I literally have to break up this post into several parts – there is so much to share from my recent family trip to Québec City. So here is Part 1 – The Exteriors, it’s all in the details.
(PS – I had to narrow down just the exterior shots from 500+ frames, and I’m sure there are a ton I’m missing that I remember loving at the time that I shot them…but I couldn’t help myself I just wanted to share this ASAP lol! So please enjoy and excuse the hodgepodgeness that are my editing skills.)

(I am a little frantic with photoshoots for this thing called my career, so I will make this short but very sweet. Here we go!)
We humans love listing things in 3’s, just ask Larry, Curly, and Moe. Since I am no different I wanted to quickly list the 3 best creative things I’ve seen today scouring the internet. Starting with these completely functional AND edible chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla legos by Akihiro Mizuuchi! How adorably delicious. (If you love legos as much as I do also check out Adventures in Legography photo series.)
Next are these toilet paper roll faces. Yes, you read that right. TOILET PAPER ROLLS. This world is overflowing with creative people and I just love it! Brilliantly crafted by Junior Fritz Jacquet, I’m barely learning how to fold basic origami.
And last but not least, THESE. It’s no secret that I just got back from Québec, I’ve been talking nonstop about how beautiful and colorful the buildings are. Here are photographs of colorful homes around the world. To find out where these are located just check out the credit below. I wouldn’t be surprised if I booked a ticket to some of these places just to see them in the flesh. Or at the very least submit my own photos to Bored Panda (from my summer trips to the Dominican Republic, Charleston, South Carolina, and Québec, where the homes are delightfully colorful as well).
